This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using CoreLB. The purpose of this policy is to protect CoreLB, our customers, and the infrastructure connected to the Services.
1. Authorized Use
CoreLB may only be used to access or operate infrastructure that you are authorized to access. You must have appropriate authorization from the owner or administrator of any infrastructure connected to CoreLB. You must not connect infrastructure belonging to another organization without authorization.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use CoreLB to:
- Gain unauthorized access to systems
- Circumvent authentication or security controls
- Access systems without authorization
- Deploy malware
- Conduct attacks against third parties
- Perform denial-of-service attacks
- Conduct unauthorized penetration testing
- Steal credentials or secrets
- Exfiltrate information without authorization
- Destroy or intentionally disrupt infrastructure
- Circumvent CoreLB security controls
- Attempt to bypass customer-configured AI policies
- Use CoreLB to facilitate illegal activity
3. Infrastructure Operations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that infrastructure actions performed through CoreLB are authorized. Customers should configure appropriate restrictions and approval requirements for production environments. CoreLB may restrict or suspend operations that present an immediate security or safety risk.
4. AI Usage
CoreLB's AI functionality must not be intentionally manipulated to circumvent security controls or perform unauthorized operations. Attempts to bypass policy controls, manipulate AI tools, or obtain unauthorized access to infrastructure are prohibited.
5. Security Testing
Security testing of CoreLB itself must follow our responsible disclosure process. Customers must not conduct disruptive testing against CoreLB production systems without prior written authorization.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this policy. Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Restrict functionality
- Suspend an account
- Revoke access
- Terminate an account
- Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required
