These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoreLB's website, applications, and services ("Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

CoreLB provides AI-powered infrastructure operations and management capabilities. The Services may allow authorized users to:

  • Investigate infrastructure
  • Analyze logs and telemetry
  • Diagnose operational issues
  • Interact with infrastructure resources
  • Execute authorized infrastructure operations
  • Configure automated operational workflows

Features and capabilities may vary by subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining appropriate authorization for connected infrastructure
  • Configuring appropriate permissions
  • Protecting your credentials
  • Reviewing AI-generated recommendations where appropriate
  • Configuring approval requirements
  • Maintaining backups of critical infrastructure
  • Ensuring that CoreLB is used in accordance with your organization's policies

You should not provide CoreLB with more access than is necessary for your intended use.

4. AI-Generated Output

CoreLB uses artificial intelligence to analyze information and generate recommendations or perform authorized operations. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some circumstances. You are responsible for determining whether an operation is appropriate for your environment. CoreLB does not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will always be correct.

5. Infrastructure Operations

Where CoreLB is configured to perform infrastructure operations, you authorize CoreLB to perform those operations according to your configured permissions and policies. You remain responsible for the infrastructure connected to the Services. CoreLB does not take ownership of customer infrastructure.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of information and data that you provide to CoreLB or make available through connected infrastructure. You grant CoreLB the rights necessary to process that information solely to provide and improve the Services, maintain security, and fulfill our contractual obligations. Additional data processing terms may be established through a Data Processing Agreement.

7. Security

CoreLB maintains technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the Services and customer information. Additional information is available in our Security Policy.

8. Availability

We work to maintain reliable and secure Services but do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or uninterrupted. Specific uptime commitments may be provided under an applicable Service Level Agreement.

9. Fees and Subscriptions

Paid plans are subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are generally billed according to the selected billing period. Applicable taxes may be charged as required by law.

10. Acceptable Use

Your use of CoreLB must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect CoreLB, our customers, or third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

CoreLB and its software, technology, branding, and related materials remain the property of CoreLB or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted under these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

12. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party and use it only for purposes related to the Services and applicable business relationship.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where permitted by these Terms, including for material violations, security risks, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, access to the Services may be disabled and customer data may be deleted according to our applicable retention policies.

14. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as available" basis except where expressly stated otherwise. CoreLB does not guarantee that the Services will identify every infrastructure issue, prevent every incident, or produce error-free AI output. Customers remain responsible for their infrastructure, configurations, backups, and operational decisions.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreLB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services. Specific liability limitations may be established in an applicable order form or agreement.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or other appropriate channels. Continued use of the Services after an effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
